Brenham Pallasite

This large Brenham pallasite specimen is one of the largest pallasites recovered by Brenham Meteorite Company, weighs 209 pounds, and possesses the classic Brenham pallasite shape, which is oblong and well rounded.   It has been expertly cleaned using a soft abrasive and air pressure and the surface exposed revealing abundant embedded peridot gemstones in the nickel-iron matrix of its internal composition and texture.   This specimen may be retained intact as a magnificent example of this storied meteorite, or may be cut/sliced, with the resulting full slices being very large impressive specimens, wonderfully rounded and symmetrical.
